The Roane State 社区 College Leadership Institute envisions a future where individuals from all backgrounds are equipped with the leadership capacity to address complex challenges and create meaningful impact in their communities. Members of each year's cohort will be part of 2-hour monthly meeting with guest speakers, discussion of required readings, and roundtable discussions on various leadership topics. Additional leadership activities are available throughout the year through field trips, sharing of leadership resources, 和午餐 & learn leadership opportunities.
Applications are accepted in October/November each year with selections chosen by the first week in December.
